    Please direct all student withdrawal or academic records requests from other districts or agencies according to student grade level:

    Grades K–6 (Logan Elementary)

    Grades 7–12 (Junior/Senior High School)

    Note: Charter Schools must submit a Student Records Request before any student records can be released. Forms should be directed to the appropriate secretary listed above based on grade level.
